  • DDTS Support: How to Stop and Start DDTS

Before running major administration changes, place DDTS into maintenance mode. This command is also known as Start Maintenance:

    adminbug smnt

After the command stops running (it may take awhile), them make any necessary changes. For example, this would be a good time to backup the entire DDTS installation directory or at least the defects. I recommend that you do this daily or weekly.

When done with your administration task(s), you can stop or end maintenance mode with this command:

    adminbug emnt

This command may take a while to run. Verify that everything restarted okay.
