  • Extroverts and Introverts

I know quite a few people that believe doing a lot of different things, such as vacationing, traveling, and partying, are the only ways to enjoy life. Well, I believe this is true only for extroverts. Extroverts are outgoing people who prefer to socialize and experience new places and things. Doing these things actually instills more energy into extroverts.

On the other hand, introverts, like me, find the opposite to be true. Introverts prefer alone time to recharge their internal batteries. Introverts prefer to mostly socialize with friends and family; in other words, they prefer to socialize with people that they already know very well. Introverts even prefer to stay at home, even on their vacations.

Almost everyone falls into both of these two categories of introverts and extroverts to a certain degree. However, each person has a dominating tendency of only one of these types.

    So which type are you?

If you are an extrovert, then please stop pressuring introverts to have more of a social life just like you. But rather, just understand that they are enjoying themselves, if not openly, and let them be.

If you are an introvert, well then the Internet is the perfect place for you.
