  • How to NOT Gain Weight

Almost everyone is concerned with losing weight, however too few people are concerned with not gaining weight.

Everyone knows that diet and exercise are key to losing weight and preventing weight gain, however it is MUCH easier preventing weight gain than it is losing weight.

My simple strategy for staying lean and thin is to never ever overeat. If I feel slightly full or if I have eaten enough, then I stop eating. I never eat until I am so stuffed that I am no longer able to eat any more. Using this method, I have drastically shrunk the amount of calories that I consume. This lets me eat as much junk food as I want, which is not that much. Furthermore, I am always careful to mostly eat healthy foods at home.

This also means that I often take home a lot of the food that restaurants serve me, since I am no longer able to finish their huge meals. And this means that I am not hungry for a dessert for at least 2 hours after a meal, when I am typically back at home with healthy snacks.

I recommend that everyone who does not want to gain weight to give this simple method a try. It really works for me.
