What Doesn't Kill Us Will Try Again
Friedrich Nietzsche wrote this famous proverb.
"What doesn't kill us makes us stronger."
I, on the other hand, have this different viewpoint.
What doesn't kill us will try again.
Even though my motto may appear to be much more pessimistic, I think you will find some truth in both sayings. However, I find that my saying is actually slightly more optimistic than it first appears, because we will be stronger and thus more difficult to kill when what tried to kill us tries again.
