Alarm Clock Lifehack
Are you the type of person who presses the snooze button too many times on your alarm clock? Or are you the type of person who turns off the alarm and then goes back to sleep when you really needed to wake up and get up?
If so, then I have a simple lifehack that works for me.
Simply move your alarm clock so that you cannot reach it from your bed, so you have to physically get up to turn off the alarm.
For instance, I have a second alarm clock (i.e. my cellphone) in my bathroom, and I use this alarm clock as my alarm, instead of the alarm clock on my night stand which is now just being used as a clock.
