Sleeping on your Stomach
If you are like me and you also like to sleep on your stomach, then I have a very simple life hack for you.
In my opinion, the biggest problem with sleeping on my stomach is that it is very difficult to position my feet comfortably. Basically, beds are not made to cushion the front of our feet, so my feet end up being at a slightly uncomfortable angle parallel to the mattress.
My solution is simple. I simply slide down the bed, so that only my feet hang beyond the mattressí edge. In this position, my feet can comfortable face down when I am sleeping on my stomach.
Just donít forget to adjust your pillow, bed sheets, and comforter accordingly if you want to try it yourself. I hope you get a good nightís sleep because of this simple life hack.
